"Guru Brahma, Guru Vishnu, Guru Devo Maheshwaraha,
Guru Saakshaat ParaBrahma, Tasmai Sri Gurave Namaha"

In India’s unique guru-shishya tradition, the student pays obeisance to his guru by chanting this Guru Mantra.

Proper education builds a nation. The credit for this goes to the teachers as they play a vital role in shaping the young minds. Therefore, teaching is a noble profession and all teachers should be admired and honoured for taking up this profession.

Surprisingly there are many countries where students and the society don’t respect their teachers. Countries like Finland have a great value for their education system and their teachers as well. In China teachers have equal status with doctors. Head teachers in UK are more respected than any other teachers in any other countries. Then why not in India, which follows the ancient guru-shishya parampara even now.

To highlight the contribution of individuals in the field of teaching, Brainfeed recognises the excellent teachers from all regions of our country and showcases the importance and the efforts put in by the teachers. Brainfeed seeks to acknowledge the teachers with an award for taking up one of the most rewarding jobs in the world.

The award is for recognising them as the best teacher of the country.
